TB Diagnostic Unit On Wheels is a mobile diagnostic laboratory designed to provide rapid and reliable tuberculosis (TB) testing in remote and rural areas. The unit is equipped to perform on-site sample collection, processing, and testing using advanced diagnostic systems such as CBNAAT / GeneXpert, ensuring accurate and timely detection of TB cases. Developed as per healthcare and biosafety standards, the van provides a controlled, sterile, and air-conditioned environment, enabling safe and efficient field diagnostics. It also supports awareness and outreach programs, contributing to the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP).
